How Our Rental Booking Days Work

We know vacation schedules can be confusing, so here’s a simple breakdown of how our rental timing works at EC Beach Rides & Rentals

Golf Cart Rental Timing

Our golf carts are rented by the day, not by the hour.

Standard Delivery & Pickup Times

  • Delivery: Usually around 10:00 AM

  • Pickup: Usually around 10:00 AM on the morning after your final rental day

Example

If you book:

  • Monday – Wednesday

That means:

  • We deliver Monday morning

  • You enjoy the cart Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

  • We pick it up Thursday morning

You are being charged for 3 rental days.

Why Pickup Is The Next Morning

We schedule pickups the following morning so you can enjoy your final evening without rushing back for an early return.

That means:
✔ No interruption to your beach day
✔ No late-night return hassle
✔ More time to enjoy your vacation

Beach Gear Rentals

Most beach gear rentals are offered at a flat weekly rate.

Whether you use the items for:

  • 2 days

  • 4 days

  • or a full week

…the price stays the same for up to 6 days.

This helps keep pricing simple and affordable for families.

Delivery Information

We are a delivery-only rental service serving the Emerald Coast area, including:

  • Destin

  • Miramar Beach

  • Santa Rosa Beach

We deliver directly to:

  • Vacation homes

  • Condos

  • Resorts

  • Hotels

Please make sure your delivery address (with gate code if applicable) and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.
