How Rental Dates Work

When making a reservation, please select:

Start Date: The day you would like your rental delivered.

End Date: The day you would like your rental picked up.

Your selected end date is your pickup date. You are not charged for that day. We simply pick up your rental during the morning of the date you select.

Example

If you would like to use your rental on:

  • Monday

  • Tuesday

  • Wednesday

Select:

Start Date: Monday

End Date: Thursday

We will:

  • Deliver your rental on Monday

  • You enjoy it Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

  • Pick it up Thursday morning

You are charged for 3 rental days.

Delivery & Pickup Times

Delivery

Most rentals are delivered before noon on your selected start date. Depending on delivery volume, location, and vacation rental check-in schedules, some deliveries may occur later in the day.

Pickup

Most pickups occur during the morning on your selected end date.

If you need a specific delivery or pickup time, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Beach Gear Rentals

Most beach gear rentals are offered at a flat weekly rate.

Whether you use your beach gear for:

  • 2 days

  • 4 days

  • 6 days

The price is typically the same.

Delivery Information

We are a delivery-only rental service serving:

  • Destin

  • Miramar Beach

  • Santa Rosa Beach

  • Fort Walton Beach

We deliver directly to:

  • Vacation Homes

  • Condos

  • Resorts

  • Hotels

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and any gate codes are entered correctly during checkout.

Property Access & Delivery Requirements

For most vacation homes and many condominium rentals, we can deliver your rental before you arrive so it's ready when you get there.

Some resorts, hotels, gated communities, and condominium properties have restrictions on where rental equipment may be left or require guest access for delivery. In these situations, we may need to coordinate a delivery time or arrange to meet you at the property.

If your property has special access requirements, gate codes, security checkpoints, or delivery instructions, please include them during checkout. We also recommend keeping your phone available on your delivery day in case we need to contact you regarding access to the property.
