Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Emerald Coast Beach Rides & Rentals, we understand that vacation plans can sometimes change. We strive to keep our cancellation policy fair and flexible while also protecting reserved inventory and scheduling.
Standard Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable holding fee equal to 15% of the reservation total, with a minimum holding fee of $45.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a refund minus a 25% non-refundable holding fee.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations after delivery may be non-refundable.
Weather Emergencies & Emergency Situations
Refunds, credits, or rescheduling due to severe weather events (not rainy days), tropical storms, hurricanes, mandatory evacuations, travel disruptions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management discretion. In certain situations, we may issue additional refunds, credits, or rescheduling options at our discretion.
Reservation Holds
When a reservation is placed, the selected equipment and delivery time are reserved specifically for your booking. Cancellation fees help cover scheduling, preparation, lost booking opportunities, payment processing fees, and reserved inventory.
